PLEASE NOTE:

While some of these bills do not appear to have a direct link to Conservation, they are an integral part of conservation in Western New York and ultimately New York, e.g. Fire-arm regulations, wind turbines and wind farms, solar farms, term limits, recall bills, salaries of elected state officials and legislature, and as well as some statewide insurance requirements. These are a few of the crossovers we need to be aware of.

These bills are from Legiscan.com. Here you can click on NY as home state and browse from day one of the current legislative session or search for a particular bill, from where you can read the bill, see who has sponsored the bill and where it currently stands in committees. All links are valid.

Several proposed bills will appear more than once or seem to. This is because they have moved through different in their corresponding chamber, have been amended, or a version has been introduced in the other New York State of Congressional chamber.
