ECFSC AT THE 2025 FAIR

The Erie County Federation was a major contributor to the popularity of the Conservation Building displays, with member clubs showcasing their involvement with the preservation of our natural resources and sustaining future generations

Our largest member club, Southtown’s Walleye Association, booth won first place for design, community involvement and emphasizing the Fair theme.

Demo Days – coodinated by longtime ECFSC member and Conservation Building Supervisor, Frank Miskey Sr., was the highlight of the Conservation Building.

Frank, a Navy Veteran, was honored in a flag presentation ceremony where he was given the flag flown for the day. NYS Assemblyman Dave DiPietro made the presentation and declared the day “Frank Miskey Sr. day”.

Homer the snapping turtle was a celebrity with almost everyone stopping by calling out his name and marveling at his size and age.

A one of a kind Bob Watroba print was raffled off to one lucky vetern.  Bob has passed away, but his legacy lives on.

The 4H pheasant program was very popular and demonstrated the involvement and commitment of high school junior Gianna Kingston.
