The 1791 Society is dedicated to those who support the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution, contained in the Bill of Rights and ratified on December 15th, 1791.  The 1791 Society holds its regular monthly meetings at the Weber VFW Post, located at 2909 South Park Ave, Lackawanna, NY 14218 (about three blocks south of the OLV Basilica) on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Doors open at 6PM and the meeting starts at 7PM.

Alden Rod and Gun is located at 12 County Line Rd. in Alden NY on 82 acres of land.  They have a 5 acre pond with a picnic area. Dues are $50 per year (+$100 initiation fee for new members).  Members are required to work 10 hours.  General meeting are held on the second Wednesday of of each month at 7PM.

Allied Sportsmen is located at 12846 Clinton St. in Marilla.  They are a family-oriented club with a wheelchair accessible clubhouse.

The New York Chapter of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers is focused on bringing BHA’s proven approaches to conserving New York’s wild places and rich outdoor heritage.  New York’s backcountry is here for us to ply our traditional ways and ours to protect for the future. Through sustaining that wilderness, we sustain ourselves.

Bison City Rod & Gun club is located at 511 Ohio St. in Buffalo.  They are a social club frequently hosting events during Bills games.

Blasdell Rod & Gun is located at 3775 Jeffrey Blvd. in Blasdell.  They are a members-only shooting facility that caters to sport shooters in a variety of formats.

Boston Valley Conservation Society is located at 9624 Zimmerman Rd. in Boston, NY. They are a members-only club.  Visitors must be accompanied by a member.  Dues are $80- $125.  Meetings are held the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:30PM.

The Collins Conservation Club, located at 2636 Conger Rd. Collins, NY is a community organization focused on promoting environmental awareness, sportsmanship, and outdoor recreation. Deer Search of WNY is a non-profit and 100% volunteer organization dedicated to the recovery of deer/game using blood tracking dogs. Handlers and dogs are trained and licensed by New York State.

Delta Waterfowl is a national non-profit that uses science-based solutions to conserve habitats and protect waterfowl hunting in North America.  The WNY chapter focuses on local wetlands and waterfowl hunting.
Projects: Hen houses, predator management, kids duck box building, local wetland management, youth duck hunts, youth pheasant hunts, veteran duck hunts.

Depew Rod and Gun is a private hunting and fishing club registered in Depew, NY.  They do not operate a publicly listed shooting range or facility.  Members actively lobby for gun owner and hunter rights.

East Aurora Fish and Game Club is located at 1018 Luther Rd. in East Aurora NY on 76 acres. It is a private club open to members and guests.  They are involved with numerous youth activities that promote education and safety.

Eastern Lake Erie Charter Boat Association provisions access to licensed captains, all of which are required to follow ELECBA regulations.

Eden North Collins Gun Club is located at 2404 Sandrock Rd. in Eden.  They are a private members only club that offer shooting events that are open to the public.

Elma Conservation is located at 600 Creek Rd. in Elma.  They host National Hunting and Fish Day in WNY.   They have a 2 acre pond, two trap fields, a 100 yard rifle range, an outdoor pistol range and an archery range along with a 3D archery range.

Erie County Bassmasters is the oldest competitive bass fishing clubs in WNY.  They welcome anglers of all skills, boaters and non-boaters alike.

Erie County Conservation Society is located at 13319 Miller Ave. in Chaffee NY on 97 acres.  It is the oldest conservation club in New York, formed in 1896.  They host Women in the Outdoors event every June.

Erie County Trappers is a local NY organization affiliated with the New York State Trappers Association dedicated to promoting responsible trapping, wildlife conservation management and youth education.

Evans Rod & Gun is located at 864 Cain Rd. in Angola NY.  Their 300 yard rifle and pistol range is one of the longest in WNY.

George Washington Fishing and Camping Club is a historic social and recreational sportsmen’s organization located along the Niagara River in Western New York. It was founded on George Washington’s birthday, February 22, 1903, making it the oldest club in Buffalo and one of the oldest clubs in NYS.

Hamburg Rod & Gun is located at 3434 Hickox Rd. in Hamburg NY.   Their mission is to provide a safe, quality environment for shooting sports enthusiasts.  They are very registered with the ATA and NSSA.

Hawkeye Bowmen is located at 13300 Clinton St. in Alden NY on 35 acres of land.  They are passionate about all types of archery: Traditional, Primative, Recurve, Compoud and Crossbows.

Holland Rod & Gun is located at 9538 Olean Rd. (Route 16) in Holland on over 29 acres of land.  They have indoor and outdoor rifle and pistol ranges, a stocked 2 acre pond and picnic area.

The Lake Erie Chapter of Fly Fishers International (LEC-FFI) is a non-profit organization in WNY that promotes the art, science, and-use of fly fishing through education, conservation, and community meetings. Meetings are held at the Burchfield Nature and Arts Center in West Seneca, NY.
Activities: Fly tying, Casting, Fly Fishing Education.

Lake Shore Sportsmen’s Club operates as a private, traditional volunteer club without a public phone line or standalone website, local outreach goes through ECFSC. They very activly support youth conservation education and are regulars at all ECFSC events, including Teach Me to Fish and National Hunting and Fishing Day.

The Lunker Anglers Fishing Club is a local fishing organization in Western New York that hosts community events, youth activities, and annual kids’ fishing derbies.  They frequently host community programs at Westwood Park in Lancaster, NY.

The Niagara Musky Association (NMA) protects, preserves, and enhances the muskellunge fishery in the Niagara River, Buffalo Harbor, and Lake Erie. They focus on promoting catch-and-release practices, education, and conservation.  They meet at 7PM on the 1st Tuesday of every month (except January) at the Eldredge Club, 17 Broad St., Tonawanda NY.

Niagara Frontier Friends of NRA is a volunteer-driven fundraising committee that support youth shooting teams, local 4-H clubs, and firearm safety education programs in the region through the NRA Foundation.  Funds raised in WNY remain in WNY.

The Niagara River Station Fishing Club is a local recreational facility and marina located at 355 E River Rd, Grand Island, NY 14072, providing direct access to fishing on the Niagara River.

New York Muskies Inc. Chapter 69 is a non-profit fishing organization dedicated to muskellunge conservation, youth education, and regional fishery research across New York State. The group hosts local tournaments, supports hatcheries, and promotes strict catch-and-release ethics.

Region 9 Sportsman Education is a regional branch of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) Hunter Education Program. The program is powered by DEC-certified volunteer instructors who handle all mandated, in-person safety courses for hunters and trappers throughout Western New York.

The Region 9 Youth Archery & Sportsmen’s Camp is a free annual outdoor education program held at the Elma Conservation Club at 600 Creek Rd in Elma, NY. It serves youth ages 12–15 from Western New York to teach conservation, archery, and outdoor safety

The Southtowns Walleye Association is a non-profit fishing and conservation club located in Hamburg, New York, that focuses on protecting fisheries, promoting boating safety, and hosting regional fishing events. It features nearly 1,000 members and serves Western New York anglers.  They are located at 5895 Southwestern Blvd. in Hamburg and meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:30PM.

The West Falls Conservation Society is a non-profit sportsmen’s and conservation club located at 55 Bridge Street in West Falls NY on 50 acres of land.

Trout Unlimited is the nation’s leading conservation organization dedicated to protecting, reconnecting, and restoring rivers, streams, and their coldwater fisheries for trout and salmon.  The WNY Chapter of Trout Unlimited was formed in 1963 with the second largest membership in the state of over 600 members.

They actively participate in outdoor shows and numerous restoration projects in WNY.

Wood and Brook Sportsman’s club of Western New York founded in 1957 provides both trap and skeet venues to the public. The club has 87 acres of land that contains a fishing pond, two trap ranges, skeet field, static archery range, 250-yard rifle range, sporting clays (coming soon) and areas to hunt for members. They are located at 13712 Genesee St. in Alden NY on 87 acres of land.
