2025 Youth Lifetime License Winners
SATURDAY JANUARY 10, 2026
On this Saturday afternoon, four of the nine winners of NYS Lifetime Licenses met with ECFSC President Jack Coad and ECFSC Directors Bob Avery and Tom Fischer to receive their lifetime licenses at Cabelas. Winners present included Alexis Frankenberger, Ernest Kowal, Henry Kirch and Royce Bacher.

An additional four of the nine winners of a NYS Lifetime License met with ECFSC President Jack Coad and ECFSC Directors Bob Avery and Tom Fischer to receive their lifetime licenses at Cabelas. Winners present included Cody Szpylman, Elijah Delaney, Nicholas Matthewson and Richard Zhang. Carter Sugar was not available for a photo.
