This is a special license drawing to award a FREE Lifetime Hunting/Fishing License to one lucky youth.  All participants must be 15 years old or younger as of December 15th of 2025 and must reside in Erie County.

The winner will be chosen at random on August 18, 2025. The remaining entries NOT SELECTED will be eligible for our year end drawing in December where we will award multiple licenses as our funding permits.
