All participants are required to register for the Teach Me To Fish event at Chestnut Ridge Park.  This is a LEARNING EVENT for the whole family.  Prizes will be awarded to kids 15 and under.  You can register two adults and up to 3 kids on a single form.  Use multiple forms if needed.

This registration form also acts as a release to use pictures taken at the event on our website.
