Fourteen month old Kennedy Schmid, daughter of Jesse and Jacie Schmid, is all grins during the presentation of her New York State Lifetime Sportsmen’s License.
Named after the former Director who started the program, the Joe Jemiolo Jr. NYS Youth Lifetime License program awards FREE lifetime hunting and fishing licenses to youths residing in Erie County and under the age of 16. Winners are drawn at random, and awards are limited by funding.
The Erie County Federation of Sportsmen awarded six lifetime licenses in 2022.
$250 Scholarship for DEC Camp
The Erie County Federation of Sportsmen’s Clubs is sponsoring up to 7 youths to attend the DEC Summer Camp in Rushford NY. Applications for sponsorship MUST be submitted as soon as possible.
