The majority of funding for this program is provided by generous donations from member clubs, ticket sales and external organizations dedicated to preserving outdoor conservation for our youth.  To date, the Federation has issued over $50,000 in licenses.

 

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Named after the former Director who
started the program, the NYS Youth Lifetime
License awards FREE lifetime hunting and
fishing licenses to youths residing in Erie
County and under the age of 16. Winners are
drawn at random and awards are limited by
funding.
